A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.We ship orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt, unless it's a custom order. Custom orders generally ship within 1-3 weeks. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7. All shipping charges can be calculated prior to check-out on our website.Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. ALTER EGO ACCESSORIES is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment.The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery.
