• If you are in need of repairs for design's created by ALTER EGO ACCESSORIES, we will gladly repair it. Please email us with the details. You must have all the components. Customer is responsible for paying shipping fees. 
• If you are in need of repairs for design's created by another designer, please reach out to that designer for the repairs. If you have reached out to the designer with no response, we will repair your item for a fee. You must have all the components. Customer is responsible for paying shipping fees.
