All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.We ship orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt, unless it's a custom order. Custom orders generally ship within 1-3 weeks. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7. All shipping charges can be calculated prior to check-out on our website.Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. ALTER EGO ACCESSORIES is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment.The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation, ALTER EGO ACCESSORIES is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

 We only ship Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.

All purchases are non-refundable.

We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 10 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Customers are responsible for paying the exchange shipping fee.
